Kessel Lee Donahue, 65, of Clendenin went home to be with the Lord Wednesday April 25, 2018 at home after a short illness.
She was the daughter of the late Henry Benjamin Hodge and Violet Lucille Woods Hodge. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Thomas O’Dell Hodge and sister, Kista Kay Smith.
Kessel was the manager of Hot Spot in Clendenin.
She is survived by: husband, Timothy Allen Donahue; children, Tanya Lucille Smith (David) of Clendenin, Wendell Brent Hodge of Clendenin, WV and Timothy Brad Donahue of Clendenin, WV; brothers, Benny Duane Hodge, Michael Chad Hodge, Okey William Hodge and Brian Keith Hodge all of Clendenin; sisters, Vonda Keener (Harold) of Elkhurst, Candace Hershberger (Erich) of Clendenin and Vicky Rowe of Edwardsburg, Michigan; grandchildren, Miranda, Savannah, Shiann, Sara and Billie Rayann; great grandson, Mason Dakota; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM Sunday April 28, 2018 at Matics Funeral Home Inc. Clendenin.
Graveside service will be at 3:00 PM at Woods Cemetery Falling Rock Road Clendenin, WV with Pastor Darris Barker officiating.
