JACKSON COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) — UPDATE 6/4/18 @ 5:12 p.m.
The former pastor of the Living Waters Church in Ripley, West Virginia, has turned himself in to State Police. Troopers say Douglas Harper was wanted, accused of sending sexual text messages to a 15-year-old boy.
