CLAY — Four people were injured in a wreck in Clay County Tuesday, according to the Clay Volunteer Fire Department.
The accident happened around 2 p.m. at the intersection of Route 36 and Morgan Carr Road.
Department officials said the wreck was a single vehicle accident.
Four people were transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries. Of those, one was in critical condition, officials said.
No identities have been released, and there have been no updates on the conditions of the victims yet.
In addition to the Clay Volunteer Fire Department, Clay and Lizemore medics and King’s Wrecker responded to the scene, along with West Virginia State Police.
