ELKVIEW, W.Va. (WCHS/WVAH) — Nearly 2,200 AEP customers in the Elkview area are without power as of about 10:45 p.m. Friday.
AEP advises that there are 2,178 customers in the Elkview Area without power. Estimated restoral time is 4:30 am.

AEP said 2,178 customers are currently without service, but did not say what caused the outage.
The estimated time for power to be restored in the area is about 4:30 a.m. Saturday.
