Dottie (Cutlip) Rider, 64, of Clay, entered into rest Wednesday, January 17, 2018.
Born May 22, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Woodrow and Lula (Tanner) Cutlip. In addition to her parents, Dottie was also preceded in death by her grandson, Sawyer Grose.
Dottie was a server at the Elkview Ponderosa for 21 years.
Dottie is survived by her husband, Jeff Rider of Clay; daughter, Candice Murphy Crowe of Harrison, and step daughter, Melissa Rider of Clay; sons, Troy Grose Jr. of Big Otter, Jason Grose of Tariff, and step son, C.J. Rider Jr. of Texas; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; brothers, Woodrow “Bub” Cutlip of Big Otter and Tiger Cutlip of Ripley; and sisters, Sue Burkhammer, Rosemary Grose and Tammy Ross, all of Big Otter, Debbie Cutlip of Spencer and Ivy Fox of Ripley.
Graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, January 21, at Moorefork Cemetery, Big Otter, with Minister Dewey Tanner officiating.
In lieu of flower, family request donations be made to Christian charity of your choice.
