Elizabeth Frances “Libby” Sias-Barker, age 69 of Elkview, passed away at home, surrounded by her loving family, on Wednesday April 4, 2018 after a brief illness.
Libby was born August 31, 1948 in Baltimore, MD, daughter of the late Paul and Bessie Wheeler Damron. She is also predeceased by two brothers, Paul Damron and Roger Damron; and one sister, Mary Loretta Koch.
She was a member of Ruth Community Church. She was a caregiver working at Heartland of Charleston and in private homes.
Libby is survived by her husband, Timothy; two daughters Rhonda Jones, (Doug) of Elkview and Debbie Gibson,(Jeff) of Alum Creek; grandchildren, Jamie Gibson, Joey Foual, Sarah Gibson and Jason Jones; one great grandchild, Josiah Foual.
A celebration of Libby’s life will be held Saturday April 7, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Harding Funerals & Cremations with Pastor Charles Kidd officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home.
