Marvin Junior Canterbury, 73, of Clendenin passed away January 19, 2018 at home after a long illness.
He was the son of the late William Bradley and Milly Strickland Canterbury. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mae Canterbury; brother, Larry Canterbury.
Marvin was a member of the Clio Community Church.
He is survived by: step-daughters, Carolyn Holstein and Nancy Smith; step-sons, Randy and Ronnie Short; brothers, Hoyt and Harold Canterbury; several step-grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Wednesday January 24, 2018 at Matics Funeral Home. Funeral will immediately follow the visitation at 1:00 PM with Pastor Charles Larue officiating.
