CLENDENIN, W.Va. (WCHS/WVAH) — A frustrated flood victim held break-in suspects at gunpoint Tuesday morning after a storage building was broken in to along Spencer Road in Clendenin.
Kanawha County deputies said Dusty Jones is charged with breaking and entering and possession of stolen goods while Kayla Gibson was arrested at the scene on previous warrants.

The homeowner, who suffered losses in the June 2016 flood, held them at gunpoint until deputies arrived at the scene.
