Tammy Gail Hamilton Yates, 48, of Mill Creek, passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at home.
Tammy had a passionate love for her family, friends and animals. She was graduate of Herbert Hoover High School and enjoyed spending time outdoors.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Yates; her father, Dana Hamilton; and her grandparents.
Tammy is survived by her loving mother, Kathy Hamilton; her stepchildren and step grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, April 8, at Hafer Funeral Home. Friends and family will be welcome for visitation one hour prior to the service.
